Our Cabernet Sauvignon is the furthest West in our vineyard. We have a unique microclimate that gives us just a little more warmth, and the hills to our North give the vines protection from storms coming off the Sound. These small but powerful berries are lovingly cared for by our vineyard team and they return that love in the finished wine. On the nose vanilla, black licorice with blueberries and blackberries muddled together with Saigon cinnamon. Tart cherry, white pepper, fresh fig and dark berries lead to a finish that goes on for miles. 93% Estate Cab. Sauvignon, 6.5% Estate Cab. Franc. Harvested October 2021.
