Open-top bin fermentations tend to deliver wines with greater character and complexity, accentuating flavor as well as intensity. Silky, rich and carrying an exotic mocha flavor through the finish; this is a world class Cabernet Sauvignon grown in our own lightning fields. 100% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
