How orders are processed
Wine Club quarterly memberships are billed in March, June, September, and December. The shipment will be sent via UPS ground within 3 business days of being charged.
Notification of order
We will send a confirmation e-mail shipment notification to inform you when your order has shipped. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts, then your shipment will be returned to us. Your shipment can be re-shipped upon request, please be aware a reship fee will apply. Contact wineclub@roanokevineyards.com to coordinate reshipping.
Pickup is an Option
Wine Club Members have the option of either picking up your wines or having them sent to you via UPS Ground. Please note that if you select to have your wines shipped and you want to pick up your quarterly wine portfolio, this must be pre-arranged prior to the billing date.
Except in those cases where a shipment was received in damaged condition, all sales are final. Customers may report damaged shipments by email at wineclub@roanokevineyard.com directly.
